Founded in 1983 by Executive Director, Mr Soheil Abedian, the Sunland Group has developed a quality portfolio of property developments over the years.

The Group now has six divisions - high-rise residential, residential housing and land subdivision, hotel/tourism and leisure (including management rights), retail and childcare. Sunland has established its development reputation on an international scale with its key projects Palazzo Versace on the Gold Coast - the world's first fashion brand hotel and more recently the iconic Q1 - the world's tallest residential tower.

In addition it has established itself as a manager of retail, leisure and tourism assets, through its 49% shareholding in Sunleisure.
